Dr. H is the best resource I have found to keep from screaming and running a million miles away. My life is lots better now than when this started 19 months ago. It isn't great. The pain has lessened. I am better able to cope. My marriage is better in ways...not the sexual ones yet....but better. I have substantial boundaries and I am comfortable with enforcing them. I am still working on some of the issues...big ones...trust...intimacy...sexual comfort...but I don't scream too often...HA! It has been 19 months since I learned of my Hs porn addiction.
