Knowing I’m not going through this alone has been a great help. Suggestions have been very useful in my recovery. Sharing with others has helped me greatly.

After 3 years of having gone through the agony and depression I thought I had reached my recovery; I’ve been separated for all this time. needless to say, this has been the most difficult and traumatic time of our lives. The chat room has given me a place to talk with others that have been there / done that. AS much as I hate that the others share the same pain, it is comforting to have people to talk with that can empathize, not just feel bad for me. It has given me the opportunity to bounce things off of people, to ask if I am overreacting and has also allowed me to vent when I really just needed to get it out.
